The PLK-J Series produces stable and neat beautiful design stitching for automotive, bags and shoes. Additionally producing strong and attractive stitches with strong penetration force for stiff fabrics, such as safety belts using single needle lockstitch. Specialty features of the Mitsubishi PLK-J line are: Create stitch patterns on a personal computer (PTN-JX), Converting CAD data into stitching data (DFX Converter), Data management views to display stitching data (PLKJ-View), Editing settings in the operations panel editable on a personal computer (PLKJ-SET) and the creation and editing of simple sequences (PLKJ-Step). MITSUBISHI PLK-G Series
Mitsubishi’s PLK-G Series industrial sewing machines are the fifth generation of the PLK line lock stitch machines. Storing patterns in USB memory and equipped with on-board touch screen for making and customizing sewing patterns and parameters. The PLK-G line comes in a wide variety of configurations and sizes from Single- and double- needle, needle feed and compound feed, upper and lower feed. Compact pattern sewing machines, mid-size area sewing machines, wide-area pattern sewing machines and extra-thick material (wide area) sewing machines.

Trimmer Sewing Machines
Mitsubishi Trimmer refers to conventional machines with automatic thread trimming and backtacking. Uses the state of the art G-Series servo motor and the XC-G500Y pattern selector. With a wide variety of models for light and heavy weight sewing applications for apparel, leather goods, car seats and more. Single and double needle models with a variety of needle gauge parts available. Feeding systems include drop feed, needle feed, compound feed and drop feed with upper feed.
