DANDUX Frame Baskets & Trucks
Dandux Frame Baskets & Trucks – “Hospital Trucks”
Featuring a heavy duty fabric liner laced to a truck frame. The liner features a double row of rust resistant grommets in a reinforced hem. Easily unlace for laundering or sanitizing. Liners are available in both Canvas or Glosstex™, and are shipped unattached.
- Series 40-1100: Plated Frame / Fabric Liner
- Series 40-111: Plated Frame
- Series 51-450: Plated Frame / Poly Liner
- Series 40-65: Replacement Liner
Frame Trucks also available with Poly liners (Four (4) thicknesses: .225, .190, .125, and .100)
Available in Plated and Un-plated:
- Plated trucks are for use in wet or moist environments
- Un-plated trucks are used for indoor moisture-free applications
- All frames are made of durable electro-welded spring steel with a plated flat steel base,
- welded at critical points and mounted on kiln dried hardwood runners and caster boards.
- Available in 8 sizes
- Available w/4 Caster patterns
- Two heavy duty fabrics: Cotton Duck or Vinyl Glosstex™

DANDUX Elevated Trucks & Baskets
Dandux Elevated Fabric Baskets increase production by helping eliminate the need for the operator to uncomfortably bend, stoop, reach and lift. Ideal for sewing, embroidering and sorting operations. A must for cut and sew operations, factories, mills and retail stores. Perfect for under counter storage, narrow aisle applications or in space challenging environment. Dandux elevated baskets remain stationary, while Dandux elevated trucks add the benefit of mobility.
The fabric body model (Series 40-130 and 40-130C): features standard heavy duty white canvas or yellow Glosstex™, and are reinforced at all critical wear points. High tensile electro welded spring steel makes up the high quality frame. The liner supports are plated flat steel welded at all cross points. Rubber, 3″ swivel casters are mounted to kiln-dried hardwood caster boards for strength and durability.
The Poly body model is molded from high quality polyethylene and bolted to a rugged powder coated tubular steel frame. Rubber, 3″ swivel casters makes for easy transport.

DANDUX Extra Duty Baskets
Dandux Extra Duty Baskets (400-100 Series) have all the qualities of the Dandux Extra Duty Trucks without the casters and caster boards. Baskets can be nested when empty for space savings and ease of shipment. Custom fabrication available.
- Baskets are available in multiple bushel sizes in heavy-duty canvas or Glosstex™.
- All critical wear points including top rim are reinforced for extra strength and durability.
- Construced with High-tensile strength electro welded spring steel.
- Welded plated flat steel frame bottoms bolted to kiln dried hardwood runners and caster boards

Dandux Extra Duty Trucks (400-700 Series) are widely used and versatile. Consistently used in laundries, dry cleaners, textile mills and more. Perfect for any application where you need to move, stock, store, count or protect your products and supplies.
- Trucks are available in multiple bushel sizes in heavy-duty canvas or Glosstex™.
