The DVK-B series is a flatbed, 1 or 2 needle, double chain stitch and bottom cover stitch machine. Suitable for making belt loop, attaching and inserting elastic band and sewing heavy fabrics. Includes options for belt loop cutter (BK20) and pneumatic presser foot lifter (for clutch / servo motor). KANSAI SPECIAL DLR Series
The KANSAI SPECIAL DLR Series is a flatbed, multi-needle (1 to 6 needles), double chain stitch machine with horizontal looper movement mechanism. Great for mid-heavy and heavy-weight fabrics. Featuring unique rear puller mechanism enabling the DLR series to produce durable and uniform stitches on mid-heavy and heavy weight fabrics as well as horizontal looper movement mechanism. Used for lap seaming, attaching waistband and line tape, and inserting elastic. Available in 3 sub-models for specific applications!

KANSAI SPECIAL NW2202 Series
The KANSAI SPECIAL NW2202 Series is a flatbed, 2 needle, 3 thread, bottom cover stitch machine for belt loop making with front knives. As the successor of the B2000C, it features support presser foot can lift up independently with a stopper to keep lifting up. Lower knife spring pressure adjustable by dial. Adjusting knob enables the change of belt loop size from 8mm to 20mm. Optional Belt loop cutter and pneumatic presser foot lifter (for clutch / servo motor).

The KANSAI SPECIAL SX Series is a 3 needle, feed-off-the-arm, double chain stitch machine with upper puller, suitable for lap seaming or side seaming on heavy-weight fabrics such as jeans and working pants. Featuring 6 threads, presser foot, and mechanism to ensure the fabric is uniformly feed to ensure puckering is no longer a concern. The KANSAI SPECIAL SQ Series is a square bed, 2 or 3 needle, 6 thread, double chain stitch, feed-off-the-arm machine, suitable for the crotch sewing and side seam of e.g. jeans and working pants or lap seaming various kinds of fabrics.
