MERROW 12E Heavy Duty Joining Machine
The 12E is an American work-horse, intended for joining tough materials. Designed to handle difficult to sew materials and heavy work loads. Featuring Extra-high lift, flat butted seam favored when joining materials. Sews a 5/8″ butted-seam that is nearly as flat as the material itself. Long arm and high looper/needle throw. Provides 1600rpm; 4 – 12 SPI with standard needle range of 10S, 11S. Federal stitch type 50-1. 1 Thread requiring 1725RPM, 1/2HP (60hz) 110 or 220 volt, 1 or 3 phase motor. Typically used in textile joining applications; will joining anything from carpet to leather, as well as tough composites like Kevlar, heavy duty carbon fiber, fiberglass, turf and other geotextiles.

MERROW 70-D3B-2 LS Two Thread Locked Stitch Butt Seaming Machine
The Merrow 70-D3B-2 LS, Two thread, Locked stitch butt seaming machine features a worlds-best two thread butt seaming machine for light- to mid-weight materials. Designed to create a locked 16mm (5/8″) stitch, resulting in the most reliable way to secure two butt-ends of materials. Creating a two-thread butted seam on woven and non-woven goods. The second thread acts as a “locked-stitch” and is designed to lock the joining stitches in place.

MERROW 71-1D-2 High Speed Dry Seaming Machine
The Merrow 71-1D-2 High speed dry seaming machine is available both as a new painted model as well as the traditional nickel plated version. 71-class is a high speed butt seamer that runs at 4000 rpm and sews a 3/8″ wide stitch. The Merrow 71-1D-2 is a single needle, single-thread, double row feed butt-seamer running on Merrow’s barrel cam architecture. It joins DRY, light- to medium-weight KNIT fabric at high speed.
