CONSEW Models 693EX/694EX/695EX High-Speed Overlock Machines
The CONSEW Models 693X/694EX/695EX high speed overlock machines features 2 or 3 thread single needle and 4 or 5 thread two needle machines. Featuring speeds upto 8,500 S.P.M, fully automatic lubrication, external cooling of oil, silicone based needle cooling and lubricating, differential feed with micrometric adjustment for shirring and stretching (Up to 4 to 1 ratio), push-button stitch regulator and standard type B-27 needles. Available Options such as KH: under suction type thread trimmer / KH2F: under suction type thread trimmer & venturi device / KS: side suction type thread trimmer / MD: mechanical type elastic feeding device and EH: electric type hemming device.
Model 695EX: True Safety Stitch – Suitable for sewing products such as men’s, ladies’ and children’s wear, especially coats for children & women. Designed for general seaming on wovenfabrics. Also suitable for edging vinyl, canvas and upholstery fabrics. Model 695HEX features heavy duty version with tractor foot. Stitch Type: 515 & 516.
Model 694EX: Mock safety stitch – suitable for seaming sides and joining front and side panels on ladies’ swim suits, childrens’ play pants; closing sides on ladies’ panties; setting sleeves on ladies’ uniform dresses and knitted sport shirts; sewing cuffs to sleeves and attaching pocket pieces and more. Equipped to handle medium to heavy weight materials and designed for sewing stretchable materials or fabrics which need elasticity in stitching. Stitch Type 512 & 514.
Model 693EX: for general overedging such as hemming sleeves on men’s knit underwear, closing shoulder for T-shirt, overedging net lining for tricot slips, closing skirt panel, attaching bodice and yoke for tricot slips etc. Stitch Type: 503, 504 & 505.
