Ordering & Payments
1. Go to the Login Page
Visit the store’s login/account page. This is usually found in the website header or footer as “Account” or “Sign In.”
2. Enter Your Email Address
Type the email address associated with your customer account.
Note: You no longer need a password.
3. Check Your Email for a One-Time Code
Shopify will send a 6-digit verification code to your email inbox. (If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.)
4. Enter the Verification Code
Return to the login screen and enter the 6-digit code to verify your identity.
5. You’re Logged In
After verification, you’ll be taken directly to your customer dashboard, where you can view orders, update information, and manage your account.
Orders can be placed directly on our website, by phone, or through your DSI
sales representative.
We accept major credit cards, purchase orders from approved accounts, and other
standard payment methods.
Yes, approved customers can establish a business account with terms. Please submit your application and state tax identification document here.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship both domestically and internationally. International orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Saver. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DSI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. For the list of regions we do not ship to, please review our Shipping Policy.
Most in-stock items ship within 7 business days. Delivery times vary depending on
location and shipping method. Lead times on non-stocked items may vary.
