Twin Needle Split Needle Bar

Ideal for all segments of the apparel industy, the LW-7001 can be used for all types of welted pockets. Sewing at high speeds up to 3,000 spm, capable for use on a variety of applications with a large range of optional accessories. Comes in twin needle single needle bar (LW 7001) and twin needle split needle bar (LW 7001 AP) for lockstitch. Programmable operated with PLC controller and touch screen interface. The LW 7001 cycle sews upto 10 pocket styles using single, double, offset with or without fap welt styles.

Common features: Stationary tab knives, automatic flap sewing on left or right welts, centre knife, adjustable clamp feet position and pressure, cycle sewing, top thread monitor fitted as standard and much more! Optional accessories such as auto tape feeder, vacuum system, dart stretcher, work remover and universal and trouser stackers available!
