Sixth generation PLK-J series, featuring traceability through factory added material ply detection, skipped stitch detection and digital tension are standard on these large area machines. Network connected for easy connection to other Mitsubishi electric factory automated product for production and maintenance management.

The PLK-J Series produces stable and neat beautiful design stitching for automotive, bags and shoes. Additionally producing strong and attractive stitches with strong penetration force for stiff fabrics, such as safety belts using single needle lockstitch.

Specialty features of the Mitsubishi PLK-J line are: Create stitch patterns on a personal computer (PTN-JX), Converting CAD data into stitching data (DFX Converter), Data management views to display stitching data (PLKJ-View), Editing settings in the operations panel editable on a personal computer (PLKJ-SET) and the creation and editing of simple sequences (PLKJ-Step).
