Bottom Feed

The JUKI AMS-224EN series is a computer-controlled cycle machine with input function. Featuring up to 2,500 sti/min (stitch length 3mm or less), stepless control by programming, active tension (electronic thread tension mechanism), needle thread clamp, double capacity shuttle hook and much more. Performing various kinds of stitching for attaching handles to bags and pouches, attaching belts, sewing many small parts at a time, attaching parts to shoes and sports shoes and sewing airbags.

The AMS-224EN Series comes in 4 sub-models depending on application:

• AMS-224EN-HS4530: Medium-to heavy-weight, monolithic feeding frame (pneumatic work clamp) w/450mm x 300mm sewing area
• AMS-224EN-GB4530: Extra heavy-weight, Double-stepped stroke feeding frame (Pneumatic work clamp) w/450mm x 300mm sewing area
• AMS-224EN-HS6030: Medium- to heavy-weight, monolithic feeding frame (pneumatic work clamp) w/600mm x 300mm sewing area
• AMS-224EN-GB6030: Extra heavy-weight, double-stepped stroke feeding frame (pneumatic work clamp) w/600mm x 300mm sewing area

The JUKI AMS-251 is a 1 needle, CNC sewing machine of the head turning type. Using JUKI’s unique synchronization technology guaranteeing stable machine head, hook and feed mechanism control. Using s slip ring machine head turning system, cutting point needle regardless of direction sewing. Featuring head liftable 50mm, multi-axis control technology, Horizontal-axis 3 fold-capacity rotary hook. All operated by the IP420 control panel.

Producing consistent quality seams regardless of sewing direction it is suitable for sewing decorative stitches on car seats, bags, briefcases and air bags. Using multiple cassette clamps, it is possible to preset two or more different materials at a time.

The JUKI TSc-441U is a 1-needle, semi-long cylinder bed, lockstitch machine with a large shuttle-hook for Extra-heavy-weight materials. Available in 4 models (See below). Featuring higher lift on the presser foot as high as 20mm, reduced bobbin replacement, built in bobbin winder on front of machine, large space under machine arm and available options such as auto-lifter (knee-switch or pedal type) and presser foot (standard or roller presser).

• The JUKI TSN-421U (Needle Feed): With its bottom feed and feed-dog feed, the machines sews articles entirely free from uneven material feed. Use: Shoes, Seat belts etc.
• The JUKI TSH-411U (Bottom Feed): Can be modified to sew sharp curves by replacing the presser foot with a roller presser. Use: Decorative stitches on shoes, bag handles etc.
• The JUKI TSU-441U (Unison Feed): Top and bottom feed mechanism has been added to the machine’s needle feed system. Ensureing a higher feed efficiency and the production of higher-quality seams without uneven material feed. Use: Bags, pouches, shoes, seat belts, etc.
• The JUKI TSU-471U (Top and bottom Feed): Adjustable top feed amount within range of +/- 30% of the bottom feed. Use: Gloves, tents, bags, bag handles, shirring, tape-attachment with a binder installed on the machine and more.
