Pegasus SOH-500 Series is an automatic unit for hemming operation of flat sleeves, flatbed interlock stitch machine. Comes in two types: Bottom feed (SOH-531) – featuring 3 needles, 5 threads, or Variable top feed (SOH-541) featuring 2 or 3 needles, 4 or 5 threads. Both models produce up to 4,500 rpm. For light-weight fabrics and hem width 20mm – 30mm.
Pegasus WT500P Series is a variable top feed, flatbed, interlock stitch machine. Featuring oil barrier, 2 or 3 needles, 3 to 5 threads, top feeding adjust by knob and push button adjusting of differential feed ratio. Comes in 3 sub models with a large selection of device options, such as thread trimmer, presser foot lift, condensed stitching device, tape/thread chain cutter, open/close type hemming guide, fabric trimmer and bottom fabric illumination.
Pegasus W2600P Series is an extra-high speed, cylinder bed, oil barrier type interlock stitch machine. Available in a multitude of sub models by application, producing plain seaming (Covering), binding tape, covering, attaching lace/elastic lace, hemming, attaching flat elastic and inserting elastic, at up to 7,000 sti/min. Featuring 2 or 3 needles, 3 to 5 threads. Suitable for briefs, neck openings of t-shirts, or sweat shirts, women’s underwear, flat and tubular goods, polo shirts, sweat pants, nightwear and much more.
The KANSAI SPECIAL JJ5000 is a 2-needle, four-thread cylinder bed overlock machine. Featuring DLS needle bar and upper looper holder, push-button stitch length adjustment and options such as elastic attaching roller, vertical chain cutter, vacuum device, presser foot lifter. Suitable for sewing neck part, bottom, sleeve of T-shirt, underwear etc. Also available in JJT-5000 Series!
The KANSAI SPECIAL JJ 3000 Series is a 1 to 3 needle overlock or safety overlock machine. Featuring closed (fully sealed) needle bar / presser foot mechanism. Built-in needle & thread cooler, low vibration, low noise due to unique drive mechanism. Optional venturi device, side type chain cutter, flat type chain cutter. The KANSAI SPECIAL PX Series is a flat bed, 1 or 2 needle double chainstitch machine for decorative stitch patterns using picotting and fagotting. Sews zig-zag w/ built-in cam moving the needles left and right (2-5 points). The MAC100 is a high-end, 1 needle computerized PX 4 points zig-zag machine w/great variety of combination between zig-zag design and flower picotting by electric system. Applications: Picotting and fagotting, flower stitching (flower picot). Used for women’s and children’s clothing and handkerchiefs, table napkins etc.
The KANSAI SPECIAL NR / NRE Series is a high speed top and bottom cover stitch machine w/cylinder bed (circumference 280mm). A range of models featuring 1 to 4 needles, for operations like plain stitching, covering, hemming, attaching elastic, attaching pre-closed elastic etc. Adjustable stitch length by push button (max 4mm / 6 sti/inch). Available with options such as puller, left & right knife and more. Max sewing speed of 6,000rpm. Latest NRE line has looper thread take-up cam outside the machine for easier handling. The MG sub-class includes 5 different gauges.
The KANSAI SPECIAL NW/NL Series is a 1 to 4 needle, 2 to 7 threads, flatbed, high speed, high performance coverstitch machine. Suitable for any type of fabric. Performs plain seam, covering, attaching elastic lace, taping, pocket facing, shell stitching, tape binding and more. Adjustable stitch length (push button) to max. 4.2mm (6 stitches/inch). Comes in a wide variety of models depending on application, and a large assortment of options, including chain cutter, air foot lifter, electric wiper, air blow, air tape cutter, dual stitch device, stitch lock device and more.
The KANSAI SPECIAL DX Series is a cylinder bed (340mm Circumference), featuring from 2 to 5 needles (6, 8 or 9 threads) in a double chain stitch machine with horizontal looper movement mechanism. Cylinder bed benefits working with exercise wear, pajamas, trunks, boxers and similar garments and can be used for attaching endless or pre-closed elastic, and also double flatlock seams. Available fabric trimmer and thread trimmer.
The JUKI MO-6900 Series comes in two models (J/G). MO-6900G Series features bottom-feed, overlock / safety stitch for extra-heavy-weight materials. The JUKI MO-6900J Series features variable top-feed, overlock / safety stitch for extra heavy-weight materials. An advanced full-featured machine w/incorporated mechanisms and parts such as extra high-lift type upper looper, tractor foot and coarse type feed dog. The JUKI LU-2800-7 Series (JEUX0031-700 & JEUX0031-1000) is a semi-dry direct drive unison feed lockstitch machine with vertical-axis and extended long arm length. Suited for heavy-weight material, this high-torque direct drive machine also features arm length of 70cm or 1m depending on requirements. Available in single needle or 2-needle versions.
The JUKI LG-158 (2-needle) and LG-158-1 (1-needle) machines are unison-feed, long arm lockstitch machines with vertical-axis large hook. Featuring 750mm of free space under the arm and a maximum stitch length of 10mm for sewing heavy-materials such as tents and sheets. Presser foot movement as high as 21.5mm. The JUKI PLC-2700V-7 Series is a semi-dry, direct-drive, post-bed, unison-feed, lockstitch sewing system with vertical-axis large hook. Available in 1 or 2 needle. Featuring a digital sewing system with a computerized new value for production. Needle-thread active tension adjustable on the panel, convenient continuous sewing function and manual unit control for different operations. Active presser foot pressure mechanism, and the upper and lower feed ratio is adjustable. Comes with a wide variety of gauge components in both the single needle and double needle variety.
The Union Special 81200 Overedge machine is especially made for overedge side seams of Jute/Burlap bags, as well as carpet serging (2 and 3 thread) and butt seam. With many sub-models (styles); including models for bag making (small bags), carpet over edging and butt seam/finishing. Featuring a variety of threads, and additional equipment for the particular application, such as tape guide, short parts for serging, lower feed and upper and lower feed.

Groz-Beckert Special Applications Needle “SAN®12” for 2-needle machines sewing in leather and technical textile. Comes in several varieties.
The SAN®12 needle is especially designed for leather and technical textile uses, where the appearance of 2-needle decorative seams is imperative. The SAN®12 needle comes with Groz-Beckert’s GEBEDUR® titanium nitride coating, giving the needle surface a higher degree of hardness, making the needle more wear-resistant (particularly protecting against damage around the point and eye). GEBEDUR® coating on the Groz-Beckert SAN®12 needle extends the service life of the needle, leading to consitently high seam quality and increased productivity.
The SAN12 LR and the SAN12 S needles achieves an improved seam appearance by aligning the cutting geometry precisely using a special flat on the shank. The result: Uniform seams with both slanted or straight stitch formation.
