MERROW 71-1D-2 High Speed Dry Seaming Machine
The Merrow 71-1D-2 High speed dry seaming machine is available both as a new painted model as well as the traditional nickel plated version. 71-class is a high speed butt seamer that runs at 4000 rmp and sews a 3/8″ wide stitch.
The Merrow 71-1D-2 is a single needle, single-thread, double row feed butt-seamer running on Merrow’s barrel cam architecture. It joins DRY, light- to medium-weight KNIT fabric at high speed. Easily upgradable to sew with 2 threads.

Federal stitch type 501, with 1 to 2 threads. Requires 3450 RPM, 110/220 volt, 1/2 HP motor. Suited well for dry industrial environments where fast seaming of knit fabric is required.
